Biography

Kim has performed in a wide range of opera,
operetta, and musical theater, including roles such as
Susanna in The Marriage of Figaro, Queen of the Night in The Magic
Flute, Madame
Heartmelt
in The Impresario, Adele in Die Fledermaus, Frasquita in Carmen,
Gretel and the Dewfairy in Hansel & Gretel, Suor Genviève
in Suor Angelica, Maria in West Side Story, Lily in The
Secret Garden, and many of the Gilbert and Sullivan heroines. She
has appeared with Raylynmor Opera, Opera UnMet, Longwood Opera,
Opera Aperta, Savoyard Light Opera Company, Granite State Opera
and Opera New Hampshire. |

Her solo oratorio and recital works include Handel’s
Messiah, Mozart’s Requiem and Exsultate
Jubilate, Bach’s
St. Matthew Passion and Koffee Kantata, Orff’s Carmina
Burana, Poulenc’s Gloria, Rutter’s Requiem, Schubert’s
Mass in G, and Charpentier’s Messe de Minuit
pour Noël with such groups as Chorus pro Musica, the Paul Madore Chorale,
and the Masterworks Chorale. |
